Ola Wysocka Tiny Sleepyhead

My name is Aleksandra (Ola)  Wysocka. I am a mother and I have a Master in psychology. In 2015, I became the first child sleep consultant in the Netherlands with the American Gentle Sleep Coach certificate. Since then, I have helped hundreds of families recover healthy sleep in the whole Europe and around the globe. I have been working with children for over 15 years, and I gained experience as a carer of children with disabilities, an assistant in integration kindergartens, organizer of art workshops and a professional nanny. In August 2019, I created Creative Mama Tribe – a platform for mothers who would like to make contact with other moms. Creative Mama Workshop provides prenatal and postpartum support for mothers. Participants can exchange experiences, share knowledge and connect with themselves, and simply spend time express through art. In my free time I am a passionate crafter. I love working with paper, book binding and playing with natural dye fabrics to create nature journals. You can find my crafts on Instagram @CreativeMamaTribe.

Gentle Sleep
Coach Program

The Gentle Sleep Coach Program is the first and most extensive professional sleep coach training and certification program available. The program involves over 80 hours of training with a faculty panel that includes 2 medical doctors, a psychologist, an attorney, lactation counselor, postpartum doulas and a family therapist. Each coach must pass an exam and participate in case supervision with Kim West, LCSW-C (a.k.a. “the Sleep Lady”) who has been helping tired parents for over 17 years. Clinical supervision and ongoing advanced training are required to maintain certification as a Gentle Sleep Coach. Some of training topics include:

The training also consisted of lectures from top specialists, including:

The GSC Program also includes an exclusive advanced training series specifically focused on how to gently work with babies 4 and 5 months of age. This program, which I have also completed, consists of over 40 hours of instruction and mentorship.

As a professional Gentle Sleep Coach we do not believe in the cry-it-out method and a one size fits all.
